Full Off Season Package

The Full Off Season Package will give you the best experiences and provide the athlete with a more personalized training plan as well as adjustments on workouts if necessary and help with pacing on workouts as well in person.. This program will initial a coach and an athlete meeting in person for every workouts, workouts will be scheduled 1 - 2 times a week. This program is built to preform best when preparing the athlete  for the upcoming track or cross country season ahead. The program will end as soon as the regular season starts in order to not interfere with school programs. This programs is also renewable each off season to allow for gradually progression.

Mini Off Season Package

The Mini Off Season Package will provide athletes with a sense of guidance during the off season. This programs works best for athletes that are experienced and able to manage workouts on there own or are traveling during the summer and have busy schedules. This program will Intel a full personalized online training plan that is adjustable on the fly. With by weekly zoom meetings coaches are still available and happy to meet and make adjustments and provide feedback and help in anyway that we can. This program also will end as soon as the regular season starts in order to not interfere with school programs. This program is also renewable each off season.
